“Rule your nest. Be an Alpha.” This is the motto of Afton’s newest establishment, Silverback Distillery, which just had its grand opening a couple weeks ago. Silverback, which shares its name with the adult, male leader of a group of gorillas, will be a welcome addition to the established wineries, craft breweries, and cidery in the neighborhood.
