Join us for a 3 day Bastille Day Extravaganza at the winery. On Saturday and Sunday, from 11 to 5, we will host a wine festival featuring French Wines from 4 major French regions - the Loire Valley, Provence, Burgundy and Bordeaus paired with our own wines. It will be an interesting experience in comparing styles between those regions and Virginia. On Saturday evening we will host a French Gourmet wine dinner. After the festival ends on Sunday at 5 pm, we will be joined by he Wintergreen performing Arts. They will start playing a 24 hour performance by the French composer Erik Satie called Vexations. This performance will end on Monday evening and be followed by a music competition for their Academy students. The evening will be capped by Fireworks. Join us for this unique event!!

The biggest event of our year is the Spring festival when we celebrate the
release our new wines. This is always the Memorial Day weekend, and in 2008 will
be May 24th and 25th. We start at 11 AM each day and the fun goes until 5 PM.
Plan now to join us. We have live music for listening and dancing and plenty of good
food for sale. The entry fee is only $10 for adults, which includes a
souvenir wine glass. Children between 12 and 20 are charged $2.00 and under 12
are admitted free.
On Saturday we will Feature "Jimmy O", who has
performed here for many years and is a wonderfully entertaining musician. He
does covers of all of the favorites from the '60's and '70's. On Sunday, we
will have for the first time The Roadhouse Blues Band from Lexington, VA.

Wintergreen Performing Arts is a not-for-profit music organization located in
Nelson County's Blue Ridge Mountains bringing a year-round program of education
