We are fortunate to be located in an area with so many great places to eat. Whether you're looking for a formal, 5-course meal, or want to sample the local barbecue, you'll find it close by. Below we highlight many of our favorite area restaurants. Most of them do not require reservations, and almost all allow casual dress. Please note that there are also several great restaurants in Charlottesville, but we have limited this list to those places that are a bit closer to us.
We keep a book of sample menus for these and other restaurants for you to peruse when you arrive. In addition, we have written directions to all of these restaurants for those who need them.
